This is a senior Client Relationship Manager role with one of the worlds leading players in the field of Benefits Administration Outsourcing. The role is positioned in the businesss specialist Flexible Benefits Administration practice and involves taking responsibility for some of their largest and most prestigious Flex clients. The remit involves managing and enhancing key relationships with HR and Finance contacts, acting as the principal conduit with the operations teams and developing new work and revenues from the existing client base, other clients within the firm and brand new connections. The right candidate will be an experienced CRM within the benefits outsourcing space who must have high level exposure to Flexible Benefits work as opposed to just Pensions. Crucially they must be able to demonstrate experience of dealing with large, demanding and complex clients such as banks and financial institutions and have the authority and presence to manage relationships of this type.
