This firm of Independent Financial Planners are expanding and are recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator to join their team in London. Providing high quality administration support to the Finance Executive and Consultant, you will build relationships with clients whilst delivering a level of service which exceeds expectations. To ensure complete and accurate records are maintained of all client dealings on both files and computer held records. As a Sales Support Administrator, you are required to create and maintain client files, obtain quotations, as well as checking and processing new business applications.
To be considered, applicants will have knowledge of 1st Software and will have previous experience as an Administrator within an IFA organisation. You will have CF1 -CF2 or equivalent as a minimum. Salary on offer is between £22,000 - £24,000 depending on experience.
