Our client is a group of multi-disciplined Independent Financial Advisors and Mortgage Brokers. Based in the South of England, they provide clients with holistic financial advice in all aspects of personal and corporate financial planning.
Due to continued expansion they currently require several qualified, self employed IFA's to join their team.
They offer a minimum of 70% commission of all business billed, rising to 90% for top performers. Full marketing, IT and compliance support is provided as well as use of their prestigious glass partitioned offices and Board Room, available for client meetings.
They are looking predominantly within the South of England but will take advisers across the UK who can work remotely.
They have become a formidable regional player over the last two years and have achieved strong growth in advisor numbers during a period when many firms have been downsizing. Their proposition has wide appeal to both Mortgage Brokers and IFAs.
They have a track record of investing in IT infrastructure and Advisors have a choice to trade under either a Finance or Wealth Management brand or indeed both. As both brands have their own website this helps drive internal referrals within the group for the benefit of all. This approach means that they capture the mortgage enquiries missed by so many IFA Firms and the pension and investment enquiries that mortgage brokers aren’t authorised to deal with.
